**ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT**

(Argentina-based; Remote)

The Language Doctors, Inc., a US-based linguistic company, has a full-time position open for an Accounting Assistant based in Ecuador.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses.
- Perform administrative support functions.
- Update and maintain the accounting database with data entry and reports.
- Handle monthly and quarterly reports.
- Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study.
- 1-2 years of experience working in Accounting.
- Fluency in English, Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented
- High Proficiency using MS Excel.

Available schedule: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm EST.
