We are seeking a **Global Learning Manager**to lead and scale our internal learning strategy across our fast-paced, ever-evolving global tech environment. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role that requires creative thinking, business acumen, and a deep understanding of how learning drives performance in tech-driven organizations. A key part of your mission will be designing and implementing reskilling and upskilling initiatives that empower our talent to stay ahead of rapid technological change. You will work closely with leadership, business units, and technology experts to identify skill gaps, develop future-ready capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.

**You will have the chance to**:

- **Set the Learning Vision**:Design and lead a future-focused global learning strategy t**hat aligns with business goals and drives critical capabilities, with special attention to emerging tech and innovation.

- **Lead and Inspire**: Manage a high-performing global learning team. Foster a culture of experimentation, autonomy, and creativity.

- **Drive Strategic Partnerships**: Collaborate with business and technology leaders to identify skill gaps, develop solutions, and measure impact.

- **Build Scalable Programs**: Create global learning frameworks, “train-the-trainer” toolkits, and innovative cascades to reach thousands of learners with high-impact, contextualized content.

- **Integrate Tech & AI**: Champion the adoption of AI-powered tools, LXPs, and other learning technologies that personalize and scale the learner experience.

- **Measure & Optimize**: Define KPIs and use data to refine learning experiences and demonstrate ROI.

- **Promote a Learning Culture**: Foster curiosity, continuous development, and growth at all levels of the organization.

**What will help you succeed**:

- **10+ years of experience**in learning and development, ideally in tech or innovation-driven companies.

- Proven success **designing**and **scaling global learning programs**.

- Experience **leading**diverse, **cross-cultural teams**.

- Strong knowledge of **learning platforms**and tools (LMS, LXP, AI-based tools).

- Exceptional **communication**and **influence skills**.

- Fluency in **English**.

- You **think beyond the obvious**—experimenting, iterating, and challenging traditional learning models.

- You have **strong experience in the tech industry**and understand how to translate complex technical needs into impactful learning strategies.

- You’re up to date with the **latest in AI, skills-based learning**, microlearning, and the future of work.

- You thrive in a global, **fast-paced environment**and bring an entrepreneurial mindset to everything you do.

- You’re a **strategic leader**who also rolls up their sleeves to **get things done**.
