Estamos en la búsqueda de jóvenes profesionales con interés en desarrollarse en el área Comercial y Marketing. El objetivo del Especialista se enfoca en promover y desarrollar relaciones con los profesionales de la salud (dentistas, farmacéuticos, instituciones) que permitan incrementar conocimiento y la recomendación de nuestras marcas.

Siendo un miembro clave en la estructura comercial, el Especialista será responsable por identificar oportunidades, proponer e implementar actividades diferenciales que traccionen la penetración de nuestras marcas.

Asimismo, y como parte del desarrollo y proyección profesional, tendrá a su cargo la gestión y el liderazgo de proyectos específicos dentro del área comercial y marketing que le permitirán interactuar con las diferentes áreas y nível les de la organización.

**Responsabilidades clave**:
**Gestión del territorio**: gestionar la base de profesional asegurando que la misma sea relevante para los objetivos de negocio. Planificar y organizar visitas a consultorios dentales / farmacias, utilizando el enfoque cara a cara, o a distancia (llamados, contactos virtuales, otros) a fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de cobertura, frecuencia, visitas.

**Promoción de productos**: Promocionar nuestros productos ante expertos, futuros profesionales, farmacéuticos y/o pacientes a través de la divulgación de información técnica y científica, entrega de muestras y material promocional.

Registro de información en Plataformas de gestión.

Aumentar las conexiones con expertos: Participar en congresos y otros eventos. Aumentar las oportunidades para aumentar el compromiso con nuestras marcas.

**Trabajo en equipo**: trabajar en conjunto con los equipos de marketing y ventas a fin de identificar y generar oportunidades para la promoción de nuestras marcas. Contribuir a un equipo inclusivo, diverso, respetuoso, transparente, colaborativo y de crecimiento.

**Liderazgo de proyecto**: como parte del desarrollo profesional, liderar u gestionar hasta 2 proyectos anuales que permitan interactuar con las diferentes áreas y generar un impacto positivo en los resultados de negocio.

**¿Por qué tú?**

**Requisitos básicos**:
**Educación requerida**: Profesional graduado en carreras de Administración de Empresas, Economía, Marketing, Relaciones Públicas y especializaciones relacionadas. Se considerarán profesionales graduados de la Salud con interés en desarrollo profesional en gestión comercial y marketing (Odontología, Medicina u otro similar).

Disponibilidad para trabajo en terreno en Buenos Aires y alrededores. Además, contar con la flexibilidad de viajar para contactar a los HCP de otras provincias.

**Conocimientos técnicos**
- Manejo avanzado de herramientas Microsoft Office (Excel y Power Point).
- Inglés intermedio (tanto expresión oral como escrita).
- Poseer registro de conducir y movilidad propia (contamos con viáticos y beneficios asociados).

**Competencias deseables**
- Mentalidad emprendedora, responsabilidad, flexibilidad, creatividad, orientación a los resultados y proactivo.
