Avature is a huge and sophisticated platform composed of several modules that can be configured to best serve each customer’s needs. As part of our Performance team you’ll be responsible for monitoring the modules in that structure and collaborate with our development teams to ensure they perform optimally, while analyzing issues thoroughly to figure out what caused them.
Your challenges and objectives
- Obtain a deep understanding of our platform’s modules and their interactions to identify opportunities to improve their performance.
- Analyze issues of varying complexity that may come up in that structure and determine their root cause.
- Maintain effective communication with development teams to implement fixes quickly.

Your day-to-day activities
- Monitor Avature’s modules.
- Analyze their response time and identify tendencies to detect potential issues.
- Scrutinize degradations of performance to deduce root causes and report them to the concerned development teams.
- Automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency.
- Generate graphs and lists with historical information for clients.

About you
- Superb analytical skills.
- Background in exact sciences.
- Understanding of Python and, especially, Kibana.
- Autonomous and self-driven.
- Intermediate English level.
