**Job Description**:
The Sr. Specialist, Marketing is responsible for the development, implementation and management of specific marketing projects for the South Cone region. This position, works closely with the Global Marketing team.

The incumbent works cross-functionally with internal departments and external resources on marketing matters.

The Marketing Sr. Specialist supports adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as appropriate.

In charge of the marketing plan execution in the South Cone region (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay)
- Support the promotional review process: coordination and tracking of promotional item submissions, managing meetings.
- Support projects, launches, meetings and events.
- Manage and coordinate all activities related to the national and regional congresses, inclusive of identifying sponsorship opportunities, managing material logistics and coordinating creative deliverables.
- Processing of purchase orders, invoice
- and third-party transactions using approved company systems Support customer and reporting activities for the department.
- Manage literature inventories. Digital document management.
- In charge of budget / OPEX monthly follow up & monitoring. Also oversees the budget estimation for the forecast scenarios.
- Coordinate and implement administrative functions for departmental needs.
- Performs other tasks and assignments as needed and specified by management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar discipline
- Experience in marketing is desirable
- Experience handling administrative tasks is required
- Demonstrated proficiency using the advanced functionality of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
- Advanced level of English oral and written(Will be assessed during the hiring process)
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as required, in a fast-paced, matrixed team environment consisting of internal and external team members.
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects.
- Flexibility to work outside of core business hours when necessary.

Hybrid scheme: on-site work expectation in our Olivos office of 2-3 times per week according to business needs (remote work will be performed the rest of the days).

It is important to have on-site work flexibility in case an additional on-site day is required or in case there is a need to change the day to go to the office due to a specific event.
