Commercial Finance Operations Specialist

**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**:
The Commercial Finance Operations system support roll exists to ensure SAP’s quoting system.

Major areas of responsibility are:

- Continual Maintenance of all backend updates in multiple systems. (CPQ, CRM, GAF) This included but not limited to:

- Ensure all backend tables for UserGroups and Approval routing are accurate and updated based on the most recent organizational structures. (CPQ)
- Ensure all Regional Threshold Flag Updates (CPQ)
- Condition Updates (CRM, GAF)
- VIP Customer Updates (CPQ, CRM)
- Monitor and proactively troubleshooting quote routing issues discovered in productive systems.
- Process ARM Authorization Requests in timely manner
- Ensure all Back Up DoA Tables are updated, saved and stored in controlled and actively managed repositories.
- Ensure CRM - BRF Tables are backed up on a weekly basis.
- Ensure CPQ - Approver Table, SSC Approver Table, UserGroup Determination Table are backed up (monthly)
- Assist with reporting requirements (pulling and analyzing data) as related to all deal approval topics.

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
- 100% attention to detail and accuracy is required to ensure quotes are compliant and follow the SAP official DOA.
- Creation, Documentation and Editing of User-stories for New System Features
- Analyze and provide constructive solutions to system and process related deal approval topics.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to resolve commercial transactional processing issues both in production and test environments
- High level of transactional support for incubation, acquisitions and nonstandard business models for integration into SAP systems.
- Provide guidance on the deal approval process to help accelerate the transactional processing cycle
- Monitor process compliance with respect to SAP-wide standards and Global Policy
- Liaison with multiple cross functional teams to improve simplification and efficiency

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- University Degree Level or Higher or Comparable Experience
- Previous Commercial Operations and/or Transactional Processing experience is preferred
- Strong team player experienced in working with virtual and international teams
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Project Orientated and Focused
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to commercial audience
- Creative/ability to work on own initiative

**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- 1-4 years of professional working experience
- Customer-facing experience is an advantage
- Project Management Certification is an advantage
