Latam Asset Refresh Lead
Key Responsibilities
:
- Develop and implement asset refresh schedules based on hardware and software lifecycles, technology advancements, and business needs.
- Collaborate with IT teams to assess current asset inventories and identify outdated or underperforming equipment and software.
- Coordinate procurement processes for new assets, including vendor selection, negotiation, and purchasing.
- Manage deployment logistics, including asset installation, configuration, and testing, to minimize disruption to end-users.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and security standards throughout the asset refresh process.
- Monitor and track asset refresh progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies or solutions that could improve asset management processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to asset refresh procedures, inventory records, and warranty information.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new hardware and software deployments.
- Collaborate with finance teams to manage asset budgets, forecast expenses, and optimize spending.
