**Cintelink** es una Startup tecnológica, que está liderando la nueva economía del autoconsumo para las industrias de Transporte, Construcción, Minería y Oil & Gas. Crear redes colaborativas basadas en IoT (Internet of Things), Machine Learning y Blockchain para generar transacciones seguras y controladas entre clientes y proveedores.

Están creciendo exponencialmente, con una reciente expansión a LATAM.

Queremos sumar un Lead Data Engineer para nuestro equipo de Producto con el objetivo de liderar el diseño, desarrollo y mantenimiento de la infraestructura de datos basadas en tecnologías de vanguardias.

**¿Qué desafíos te esperan?
- Diseño y Arquitectura de Datos: Desarrollar y mantener arquitecturas de datos robustas y escalables para la captura, almacenamiento y procesamiento de datos provenientes de diversas fuentes, incluyendo IoT, aplicaciones internas y externas, y bases de datos externas.
- Gestión de Datos: Supervisar la integración, limpieza y transformación de datos, garantizando su calidad y consistencia. Gestionar la migración de datos cuando sea necesario.
- Desarrollo de ETL: Diseñar y construir procesos de ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) para mover y transformar datos de manera eficiente y efectiva desde fuentes hasta almacenes de datos.
- Creación de Data Warehouses: Liderar la creación y administración de almacenes de datos, asegurando que sean eficientes y accesibles para los equipos de análisis.
- Implementación de Apache Superset: Desarrollar e implementar soluciones analíticas avanzadas utilizando Apache Superset como plataforma de visualización y análisis de datos.
- Implementación de ML y AI: Colaborar con equipos de Ciencia de Datos para implementar soluciones de Machine Learning y AI, permitiendo la generación de insights y predicciones a partir de los datos.
- Optimización de Rendimiento: Implementar estrategias de optimización para asegurar la velocidad y eficiencia de las consultas y procesos de análisis en grandes conjuntos de datos.
- Seguridad y Cumplimiento: Garantizar la seguridad y cumplimiento de los datos, aplicando prácticas de encriptación, control de acceso y anonimización según las regulaciones y políticas internas.
- Gestión de Plataformas Analíticas: Administrar plataformas analíticas, como sistemas de procesamiento distribuido (Hadoop, Spark), bases de datos NoSQL y almacenes de datos en la nube.
- Liderazgo Técnico: Dirigir un equipo de ingenieros de datos, brindando orientación técnica, estableciendo estándares de desarrollo y fomentando mejores prácticas.
- Colaboración Interfuncional: Trabajar en colaboración con equipos de desarrollo, analistas y científicos de datos para entender los requisitos y objetivos de análisis, y proporcionar la infraestructura de datos necesaria.
- Investigación Tecnológica: Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias tecnológicas en el campo de la ingeniería de datos y proponer innovaciones que puedan mejorar la eficiencia y efectividad de los procesos..

**¿Qué esperamos de vos?**
- Profesional o próximo a graduarse de las carreras de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Software, Computación y afines,
- Experiência de al menos 5 años en posiciones de ingeniería de datos y liderazgo técnico en entornos de big data.
- Experiência con herramientas y tecnologías como Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, NoSQL, SQL, ETL, Apache Superset, Machine Learning y AI.
- Conocimiento profundo de arquitecturas de datos distribuidas y técnicas de procesamiento de grandes volúmenes de datos.
- Habilidad para diseñar e implementar soluciones escalables y de alto rendimiento.
- Experiência en implementación y mantenimiento de almacenes de datos en la nube.
- Capacidad para colaborar y comunicar efectivamente con equipos interdisciplinarios.
- Habilidades de liderazgo, mentoría y gestión de equipos.
- Conocimiento en seguridad de datos y cumplimiento normativo.
- Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones basadas en datos.
