**Job Summary**:
Were hiring a **Security Compliance Analyst** to help strengthen client trust and support our sales growth through clear, reliable security communication. Youll play a key role in maintaining compliance documentation, managing security questionnaires, and ensuring our responses to clients reflect the companys strong security posture.
This role is ideal for someone whos detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable translating complex security concepts into simple, client-ready language.

**About the Role**:
As our **Security Compliance Analyst**, youll be at the intersection of Security, Sales, and Customer Success helping teams respond efficiently and consistently to client security requests. Your work will ensure that our compliance documentation is organized, accurate, and aligned with industry standards. Youll collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to provide timely, confident answers that build customer trust and support business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and complete customer **security questionnaires** (e.g., SIG, CAIQ, VSA, or similar forms).
- Work closely with **Sales, Legal, Product, and Engineering** teams to validate security and compliance information.
- Maintain and organize the companys **security and compliance documentation**, including certifications, audit reports, and policies.
- Contribute to **RFP and RFI responses**, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Communicate the companys **security and data protection practices** in a way thats clear and customer-friendly.
- Develop and refine internal **templates, FAQs, and processes** for efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify recurring client concerns and help improve how we share security-related information.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in **Information Security, Computer Science, Business**, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- **Experience** in security compliance, risk management, or related functions within SaaS or B2B environments.
- Understanding of **SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR** compliance frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills able to make technical topics easy to understand.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills.
- Experience in **remote or fast-paced startup environments** is a plus.
