**Objetivo**:Dar soporte en la gestióndel proceso de reclamos de consumidores, asegurando una respuesta dentro del plazo establecido

**Funciones**
- Dar soporte en el análisis deIndicadores del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.
- Dar soporte en el análisis deReclamos de Consumidores y Clientes, implementación deacciones de mejora (si fuera oportuno) yseguimiento correspondiente.
- Dar soporte en el seguimiento de las No Conformidades detectadas así como de las accionescorrectivas/preventivas definidas.
- Dar soporte enejercicios de trazabilidad y cuestiones relacionadas al DCprincipalmente yManufactura.

- Licenciatura Química
- Ingeniería Industrial
- Bioquímica
- Farmacia
- Alimentoso carreras afines.

**Idiomas**: Inglés Intermedio
