**We will count on you to**:

- Understand client risks and support Senior colleagues in advising clients on insurance strategy solutions.
- Contribute with new ideas to improve Marsh’s approach with its clients.
- Conduct market researches, build sales presentations and developing sales proposals for prospects.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify, evaluate and negotiate insurance carrier coverage policies to meet client needs.
- Support commercial teams in biddings and renewals.

**What you need to have**:

- Successfully graduated from **Accounting, Law or Economics degrees**:

- Fluent in both English and Spanish. Third language is a plus.
- Excel proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Eager to learn from a different industry than what you’re normally used to.
