- We are looking for an Inventory Lead with retail and eCommerce industry experience that has strong experience as an operative in warehousing/cycle inventory/cycle count/rotating inventory processes and operations to join our team_
- The Inventory Lead focuses on controlling the 3PLs and Storages performance to ensure achievement of service levels committed and related to Inventory. The role also supports activities required for NPS, COGs & KPIs controls including continuous improvements and best practices regarding all Inventory processes._

**Expected Outcomes & Responsibilities**
- Be the area’s analytical and operational lead, ensuring daily 3PL/Vendor excellence performance.
- Be accountable for controlling 3PLs and internal performance on Inventory Processes.
- Understand in-depth our end-to-end operations in order to develop new reports and KPIs that help us drive continuous improvements.
- Manage different projects together with internal and external teams.
- Manage inventory: Inventory Levels Control, Ensure FIFO/FEFO system in all 3PLs and Storage, Manage Lot Tracking by having no more than 150 days of aging on average, Cycle counting standard procedure defined and implemented in main 3PLs, Standardize procedure to minimize pallet positions and reduce storage fees in our main locations, Develop accuracy reports and dashboard with the BI Team, and Partner with Finance and support areas to guarantee healthy inventory management.

**Experience/ Qualifications**
- Strong experience as an operative in warehousing/cycle inventory/cycle count/rotating inventory processes and operations is a must.
- Strong experience working with MS Excel (Formulas, pivot tables, databases) is a must.
- Experience in Google Docs is a must.
- Strong analytical background is a must.
- A degree in logistics or industrial engineering is a plus.
- Experience with WMS is a plus.
- Experience with Power BI/Tableau, Lucidchart, MS Access, SQL, and Advanced MS Excel (macros) is a plus.
