We are hiring the best talent for a Project Management Sr. Analyst to be located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. (Relocation Not Applicable).

**Purpose**:
The Project Management Sr. Analyst is responsible for implementing the contracted solutions in our accounts. This person is responsible for implementation project management, executing trainings, installations, KPI and metrics analytics to ensure contract compliance, technical service issues solution and/or escalation and solution follow up with Client.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the implementation of Solutions happen with responsibility and following business ethics, compliance and legal principles.
- Flawless implementation of contracted solutions on site with Clients. This will include:
a. Develop execution timeline and project management tool for every implementation and ensure to keep it on track and on time.

b. Manage stakeholders’ communication. Identify client issues and needs by maintaining an excellent relationship with end-users and stakeholders.

c. Identify and manage project risks.

d. Identify, communicate and propose actions with clients’ key stakeholders in order to maximize the value generated by the solutions.

e. Account/Client personnel training on the use of the solution. Develop training material based on global materials for the Cluster.

f. Become the local solutions expert by taking trainings and understanding each of our solutions and its value proposition.

g. Request Hardware / software internally and ensure their installation in the account with the appropriate documentation.

h. Request Hardware /software internally to have the right availability for implementation but also, as backups in case something happens

i. Ensure solution´s functionality from the beginning by providing the first level of support and/or escalating with the regional/global teams or external providers the need for support.

j. Provide data on Solution outcomes, both to ensure visibility on results (one pagers) and, to provide visibility on the accounts Contract Compliance regarding the agreed value exchange.
- Collaborate with colleagues and use current and emerging customer insights to build a more effective long-term solutions and stakeholder alignment strategy.
- Develop good relationships with different partners to establish a working network to exchange information, learn what is going on, and test for ideas.
- Define and communicate where there is synergy among Business Units and Strategic Accounts prospections for “value journey” assembly with one or more solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Education level required: BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or similar.
- Years of Experience: ideally 2-4 years working experience.
- Required knowledge: Business and financial acumen; Software / IT understanding. Project management and execution. Experience in consultancy, process improvement projects implementation. PMO or AGILE knowledge (desired). Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus.
- Required skills: Customer insights and analysis; Strong communication skills; Influencing, negotiation, and partnering skills within a matrix environment; Hands-on and entrepreneurial attitude; Strategic, critic and innovative thinking. Execution oriented. Navigate uncertainty and resilience for new approaches
- Language: Fluent in English and Spanish
