**JOB DESCRIPTION** Senior Payroll Associate - Argentina**

JP Morgan is looking for a Senior Payroll Associate that has experience of at least 3 years working with SAP HR, Intermediate English and Argentina's payroll.

**Responsibilities**:
EDSE (Employee Digital & Service Experience) Argentina Payroll Associate will be responsible for:

- Process all regular and special pay cycles in an insourced environment.
- Ensures payroll data controls accuracy
- Process and control of Income Tax, Social Security contributions and Regulatory reporting
- Provides support for all payroll audits
- Supports vendor relationship
- Effectively manage strict payroll timetables and deadlines
- Reporting & Analytics as required / Respond to employees’ queries related to Payroll

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**

What we’re looking for:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Human Resources is preferred
- + 3 years of SAP HR Payroll experience with an in-house processing model working for Argentina´s Payroll processes.
- Intermediate English level, written and oral
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Process oriented, self-starter with the ability to manage conflicting priorities under tight deadlines
- Experience in multinational company desirable
- Expert in Microsoft Office with a focus on creating and manipulating Excel pivot tables, V-lookups, etc. Comprehensive knowledge of HR/Payroll systems, Time and Attendance systems and reporting tools. Automation mindset will be appreciated
