**REQUIREMENTS**:

- +2 years of experience in administration, office management, customer service, hospitality, assistance in general.
- Studies in administration, public relations or related.
- Languages: Bilingual - Strong English
- Management of Microsoft Office.

GENERALITIES
- Necessary live close to the work area.
- Location: Distrito Federal BA. Argentina.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Point of contact for all colleague and visitor needs.
- Monitor spaces for cleanliness and organization.
- Supplier management for events, meetings and communications.
- Coordination of meetings, events, logistics and general assistance.
- Support different areas of central offices.
- Engage with Catering, conference services, and AV for colleague meeting/event needs.
- Knowledgeable of building amenities.
- Other could be added.
