**About the team**:
At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time. The Spanish Speaking South America team (3SA) covers the PanLatam business out of Miami, Colombia, and 5 more countries in the region.

**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support in implementation of reservations campaigns to deliver against Client Goals
- Work with internal teams to follow-up inventory allocation
- Assist in Top View management, delivery and reporting
- Support Client Solutions team in pre-sales needs for clients
- Received and manage client & agency (long tail) requests about optimization and troubleshooting for the SouthCone market
- Received and manage client & agency (long tail) appeals
- Received and manage product allowlists requests for the SouthCone market
- Understand and share product updates across SouthCone market

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Experience in account management, client services roles in digital marketing, digital agencies or ad tech
- Experience with campaign implementation is a plus
- Must be willing to work in Buenos Aires, Argentina

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience
- Fluent in Spanish & Conversational in English (due to the business requirement in region)
- High attention to details
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
- Have the ability to collaborate, work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across multiple business functions and geographies
- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus
- Experience presenting ideas or leading trainings is a big plus
- Experience with Excel
