As Head of Product you will be responsible for defining the vision and strategy for your area and translating it into a clearly defined and executable product roadmap. Tasks will include ensuring the team follows a proper product discovery process, managing the delivery of the product to market, hiring and managing a team of product managers and acting as the internal advocate and leader of the product. From the product organization perspective, you will partner with the CPO and other members of the Senior Technology Leadership team to provide input and drive cross-cutting strategies to continue evolving the Product and Technology organization where it is needed. We have a continual growth and evolution mindset and expect to be better as a team every week. Responsibilities: Lead your product and engineering teams in defining the restaurant strategy. Leverage insights, user-testing, data and direct restaurant feedback to create the product roadmap. Ensure execution and go-to-market excellence of the roadmap. Ensure best practices and product excellence in all your teams. Contribute to company-wide strategic goal-setting and execution. Increase the quality of your product team by hiring, coaching and performance managing your team.
