**About This Role**:
We are hiring an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead the daily operations and strategic optimization of one of our clients Shopify stores. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of e-commerce performance metrics. You will be responsible for optimizing site experience, improving KPIs like conversion rate and customer lifetime value, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive online revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of a high-performing Shopify storefront
- Manage product catalog accuracydescriptions, visuals, pricing, and inventory
- Implement site merchandising strategies to increase sales and AOV
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and cross-channel integrations
- Analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics and TripleWhale to identify improvement opportunities
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement new site features and enhancements
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation for UX and conversion rate optimization
- Manage e-commerce budgets and ensure initiatives align with ROI and profitability goals

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience
- 5+ years of experience managing Shopify e-commerce stores
- Strong proficiency in Shopify customization and third-party integrations
- Proven ability to use performance metrics to guide decision-making
- Experience in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and customer experience improvements
- Excellent project management, communication, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce best practices, trends, and tools

**Shift Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US EST
