Expectations & Tasks

As an O2I team member, you will have the opportunity to work with our team, contributing to the transformation of order to invoice processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
ü Verifying the received orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.

ü Execute billing process.

ü Data Analysis: Analyze datasets to extract meaningful insights that can drive decision-making and process enhancements.

ü Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges.

ü Project Management: Assist in project management tasks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

ü Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the O2I space.

Skills and Qualifications

English Proficiency: Upper intermediate level

Administrative or Engineering Background

Teamwork and high energy: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing positively to group dynamics and fostering a cooperative work environment.

Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and tasks, especially during quarter closing activities.

Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.

Communication Skills: Effective interpersonal and communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

Adherence to Deadlines: A commitment to meeting deadlines, especially during quarterly closing activities, to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
