We are currently looking for a Solution Architect responsible for delivering solutions that meet client needs and building positive client relationships to join our team.
**What do we value?**
We are seeking a Solution Architect to guide and lead the delivery of ServiceNow implementations by providing guidance and thought leadership to both our client and internal resources in platform design integration design development standards platform management methods and technology strategy consulting
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand how the technologies available can be used to solve the business problem.
- Understand how the ServiceNow digital solution will scale in the future and how it will be supported.
- Configuration vs. Customization
- Technical Debt
- Ability to define the Risk vs. Value Proposition for third party integrations with ServiceNow
- Ability to clearly define for stakeholders how Governance works with respect to the platform and how it works with respect to the project.
- Ability to clearly define with Organizational Change Management is and why it is a key component of a successful project.
**Necessary skills and experience required**:
Ø Proven experience ServiceNow implementations across various disciplines.
Ø Proven experience of architecting solutions in the ServiceNow platform
Ø ServiceNow scripting
Ø JavaScript
Ø Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Ø Two other discipline CIS-Certifications: ITOM ITAM ITBM CSM FSM SecOps/GRC HR ITSM ITILv3.
Ø Certifications preferred: Certified System Administrator Certified
Ø Angular JS, Soap, Rest, JSON, Ajax, CSS, SaSS, HTML5, SP Widgets, and XML are all desired
Ø Advanced English
