In today's dynamic retail environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the Customer Development team at Colgate. Our highly energetic and focused Pharma Customer Team is dedicated to driving growth for Colgate Palmolive. What role will you play as a member of the pharma sales team? As the Customer Development Field Sales Representative, you will be the primary influencer to the customer to grow sales, increase the share of market, and improve services. This position is about achieving sales goals through relationship management. You will manage the relationship between Colgate and pharma customers, communicating our corporate and brand strategies, understanding customer objectives and strategy, and ultimately ensuring maximum profitability and a plan where we all win. You'll develop and present business plans and understand and refine plan implications and customer input so we can build growth through increased market share and financial return.

**What you will do**
- Selling directly to the end consumer/business purchaser or indirectly through various sales channels
- Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions
- Developing and delivering sales bids, presentations, and proposals and conducting product demonstrations
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage in the assigned zones while balance the adequate market distribution and penetration
- Conducting negotiations as necessary at the regional office and/or store level
- Identifying and contacting prospective customers and building relationships to generate future sales and repeat business
- Checking stock/inventory and obtaining new product orders
- Responsible for ensuring the right infrastructure support is available to facilitate selling through customers (stockist) and salesmen
- Monitoring competitive activity at store level
- You connect the dots
- You have a pulse on the big picture to identify areas of opportunity for products and programs, develop Customer Marketing strategies that incorporate consumer insights, and have an awareness of competitor activity to create promotional strategies.

- It’s important to understand business trends in each account through fact-based analysis. You develop and deliver sales bids, presentations, and proposals and conduct product demonstrations leveraging your understanding of the effectiveness of different investment levers. You’re curious about what works and what does not so we can work together to refine customer tactics.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree Industrial Ingeneering, Business administration or related careers
- At least 1 year of experience in sales roles or adjacent experiences
- Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs)
- in Driving license Upon Hire
- Car available to work for at least the first year Upon Hire
- Intermediate-advanced english level

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working in consumer product goods and
- Experience working with a syndicated service (Nielsen, IRI) account
