**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Operational Support**:Support the Marketing team with routine QA, list hygiene, tagging, and UTM tracking to ensure clean execution and data accuracy.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**:Collaborate with designers, product teams, and data analysts to ensure campaigns are on-brand, accurate, and effective.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Technical Skills**:Familiarity with Customer.io or similar tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Braze, etc.). Exposure to Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or other data tools is a plus. Basic understanding of A/B testing and segmentation
- ** Language & Communication**:Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience working with or localising multi-language content is a plus
