We are looking for an autonomous, innovative, and curious Data Scientist with a passion for the latest tech—especially large language models (LLMs) and generative AI. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in designing and implementing advanced AI-driven solutions within a fintech environment. You will have the freedom to explore emerging technologies, propose new ideas, and drive projects that shape the future of our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop robust, scalable Python code to support internal LLM-based fintech products.

- Build and maintain APIs/endpoints that interface with large language models and other backend services.

- Ensure that data handling complies with security and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain strong documentation and testing practices, ensuring software quality and reliability.

- Investigate and experiment with new LLM/GPT advancements to continually improve product offerings.

**Qualifications**

**1.Python Proficiency**

- Familiarity with common Python libraries and frameworks relevant to machine learning and LLMs (e.g., Numpy, Pandas, SQLAlchemy, FastAPI).

**2.Experience with LLM-Based Solutions**

- Hands-on experience developing solutions powered by large language models (LLMs) and generative AI (e.g., GPT-based services, fine-tuning language models).

- Understanding of prompt engineering, data preprocessing, model deployment, and inference pipelines.

**3.Endpoints and APIs**

- Experience designing and implementing RESTful or GraphQL APIs, including integrating with third-party APIs and services.

- Familiarity with security best practices and handling of sensitive data in financial/regulated environments.

**4.Production Code Development**

- Proven track record of shipping and maintaining high-quality, production-level software.

- Understanding of code reviews, testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end), and version control (Git).

**Preferred/Additional Skills**

- Machine learning model development (ML Models, Pytorch, TensorFlow,Scikit-learn)

- Software development experience (OOP, Software develpoment patterns)

- JavaScript/TypeScript (Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) is beneficial but not mandatory).

- Cloud & DevOps (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying Al/ML

- Fintech Background (Banking, payments, insurance)

- Collaboration & Communication
