**Role**: As a Product Lead for the Restaurant POS Integrations squad, you will have oversight and accountability for the technical product that allows restaurants to integrate their in-house POS systems with Rappi’s order management platform, creating a seamless operating system for the largest restaurants in Latin America. With your engineering leader and design team, you will be responsible for defining the quarterly strategy for your area and translating it into a clearly defined and executable product roadmap. This role is a deeply strategic and technical role that works to ensure we have the best technical integrations with the top POS companies and restaurants in each of our markets. Tasks will include working with the commercial teams to map the strategic landscape, joining sales calls with the top restaurants and POS companies, deeply understanding the operational requirements of our users and continuously upgrading and supporting the product in its end-to-end lifecycle. From the product organization perspective, you will report to the Head of Product for Restaurants B2B and in addition to your squad’s specific accountabilities, you will play an important role in building the restaurant product organization as a whole, including driving cross-cutting strategies to continue evolving the team where it is needed. Responsibilities: Clearly understand the strategic and competitive landscape to ensure we have the best POS companies and restaurants integrated into our platform. Ensure proper product discovery and execution of the product roadmap with your engineering and design teammates. Lead go-to-market strategy with commercial and operational counterparts, including product marketing, API / technical documentation and working with key strategic restaurant accounts. Work with engineering to ensure we have a technically reliable, scalable and well-supported product offering. Uphold best product practices and excellence in all your teams. Contribute to team-wide strategic goal-setting and execution.

**Requisitos**:
+3-5 years in Product Management (knowledge of roadmapping, scrum/agile, and technical and design team leadership) Fluent in English (required), Spanish (required) and Portuguese (advantage) Experience with B2B, SaaS products in E-Commerce or Logistics business is preferred. Knowledge of the restaurant industry, POS technology or technical integrations is an advantage, but not required. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (Director-level interactions) Data driven and able to gather the data required and use that data to create an insightful story and make decisions.
