In Vates you will participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed in different parts of the world. We are looking for proactive leaders, oriented to teamwork, passionate about programming and who seek to provide the best experience to the end user.

**Responsibilities of this role include**

• Review user requirements to ensure that the requirements are testable
• Develop test plans, cases, scripts, and reports for multiple projects of varying size
• Perform testing on a wide range of software implementations
• Validate that user expectations are achieved

**Requirements**

• BA or BS degree or higher, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of manual QA testing experience
• In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Understanding of and practical experience with QA testing concepts, methodologies, and tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other members of the development team
• Solid time management, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to complete multiple tasks and manage a high volume of competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with all structural levels of the organization to meet company objectives
• Strong sense of ownership of and entrepreneurism for the projects on which you work

**Nice to have**

• Familiarity with the Agile methodology
• Familiarity with development concepts and technologies, such as MVC, ASP. NET, JavaScript, and MicroSoft T-SQL
• Familiarity with development tools, such as MS Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio

**Workplace**: 100% remote / Full-time
