**Who We're Looking For**:
We're on the hunt for a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager with a passion for digital storytelling and an eye for engaging content. You're a savvy communicator who understands the power of social media in shaping brand narratives and audience engagement. You're adept at juggling various social media platforms while maintaining brand consistency and voice. As our Social Media Manager, you'll work closely with our head of departments and the leadership team.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Content Creation and Strategy**: Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Craft compelling content for various social media platforms.
- **Posting Schedule Management**: Manage the social media content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content across all platforms, aligning posts with overall marketing strategy and key dates.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics. Use insights to refine strategies and content.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**: Work collaboratively with the department heads to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, adapting strategies accordingly.

**Requirements**:
**What You'll Bring**:

- 3+ years of experience in social media management or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and management tools.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop creative, engaging, and original content.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate trends and adapt strategies quickly.
