**POSITION OVERVIEW**
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, experience in sales, and proficiency in both **English** and **Spanish**. The Sales Representative will collaborate closely with the prospect team to contribute to various initiatives focused on promoting our services and generating new leads.
**COMPENSATION**:
USD 800-1200 (base salary + commission, no limitation on the commission)
**WORKING HOURS**
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, as follows:
- Monday to Friday: 9:30AM to 5:00PM (Chicago Time) and,
- Saturday: 9:30AM to 3:00PM (Chicago Time)
- Zoom meetings required during working hours.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective tenants and provide detailed information about available apartments.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least 3 year of experience in a sales field, preferably with a background in property management, airbnb, hotels, etc.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong motivation and a goal-oriented mindset to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
