Citi’s Institutional Clients Group (ICG) business and the Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory (BCMA) division provides comprehensive relationship coverage and a full suite of products and services in an effort to be the best possible financial partner to our institutional clients. The Sr. Business Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for support the business activities across the Latin America South (LAS) cluster operating in seven countries: Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay. **Responsibilities**: - Manage analytics related to the Corporate Banking business to devise strategy and track results - Work closely with Banking and Product teams to obtain pipeline information, execute campaigns and implement strategy to enhance growth - Conduct deep dive business analyses to track revenues, returns, investment banking wallet share and drivers - Prepare Senior Executive / C-Level presentations and Monthly Business Reviews - Partner with Financial Planning and Analysis team to prepare forecasts - Maintain healthy flow of communication between senior business and function leaders around the cluster to ensure coordination of metrics and planning - Work in close partnership with the control units (Risk, In-business, ICRMS, Legal, etc.) to meet all regulatory commitments and strengthening conduct & controls across the cluster - Assist and support any regulatory or Audit requirements - Work closely with the Business managers to articulate the business performance, priorities and strategy across the clusters - Special Projects & ad-hoc analyses as required - Back up for Business Manager BAU tasks and follow ups **Qualifications**: - At least 2 to 5 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, Business Management experience in the Corporate or Investment Banking business is a plus - Strong financial acumen and ability to think strategically. Good qualitative and quantitative analytical skills. Results-oriented. Effective execution - Accuracy and attention to detail. Leadership and Team working capacity. Resourceful and skilled at juggling multiple priorities. Adaptability to change - Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal and relationship building skills. Problem solving ability and exemplary project management capabilities - Proven ability to effectively navigate a complex, matrix organization; and proficiency in dealing with senior leaders across organizational boundaries - Fluent in Spanish and excellent command of the English language - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience - **Job Family Group**: Institutional Banking - **Job Family**: Corporate Banking - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
