**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation;
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables;
- Lead project teams and ensure clear communication, roles, and responsibilities are established and understood by all team members;
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery;
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place;
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to procure necessary resources and services;
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and potential roadblocks;
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle;
- Facilitate change management processes and handle project scope changes effectively;
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders as needed.

**Essential skills**:

- Proven experience as a Technical Lead;
- Bachelor's complete or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related discipline is a** must.**

**Languages**:

- Advanced English for conversation is **mandatory**:

- Advanced Spanish for conversation is **mandatory**

**Additional Information**:
**Contract**: Fixed contract directly with the company

**Contract Term**:1 year renewable contract

**Work Location**: full time from office in Buenos Aires (5 days a week)

**Payment**: USD per hour
