- Work collaboratively to enhance customer service and sales processes.
- Engage in continuous training to improve customer service and sales skills.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English.
- Prior customer service experience, preferably with a sales focus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and sales abilities.
- Independent work ethic and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities.
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week) with a flexible schedule.
- Reliable internet connection and computer access.
