Responsibilities include: *

Working with technical staff and company leadership to help define and reach our short
- and long-term goals

Building and integrating information systems to meet the company’s needs

Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and recommending solutions to improve it

Leading a transition of our core product to a service-oriented architecture

*
Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed

*
Assessing the business impact that technical choices may have

*
Assisting with the supervision and guidance of development teams

*
Creating and contributing to system and process documentation

Requirements*
Must Have:
*
8+ years experience as a software developer and/or architect

*
Shipped production code on multiple platforms and languages

*
Sound knowledge of various operating systems and database types

*
Experience with CI/CD development and deployment workflows

*

*
Experience with Docker or other containerization in testing, staging, or production environments

*
Strong organizational and leadership skills

Nice to Have:
*
Previous project management experience

*
Experience with multiple IaaS providers

*
Recent direct experience with Kubernetes

*
Experience breaking up monolithic codebases

*
Pipeline creation and maintenance

*
CS or related degree
