Descripción del empleo
- Prepare a Budget, Forecast and Rolling Forecast schedule, ensuring the alignment with all departments and stakeholders.
- Interact with all budget holders during the forecasting process, to guarantee the correct understanding and ensuring quality and delivery on time.
- Analyze the actual result and interact with the budget holders to understand the reason of eventual deviations, define action plan to avoid new ones, and reporting the explanations / preparing presentations to support the understanding of the Management Team.
- Establish the process of Zero-Based Budgeting and generate a database with all the detailed explanation from the Budget Holder.
- Drive the Capex revision, identifying all the Capex requests and preparing a report with all the request, reasons, ROI, to be reviewed by Management Team.
- Anticipate Risks & Identifying Opportunities providing analysis and reports to Management team and Group Finance.;
- Support the S&OP process and lead the update of Sales Best Estimate with Commercial Team.
- Work with the Finance team to analyze P&L, AR & AP, and FX to provide guidance to the business.

**Requisitos**:

- Graduation in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- English - Advanced
- Experience of 3-6 years in FP&A area (knowledge on Business Intelligence Tools will be considered a plus).
- Power BI - Plus
