En SONDA estamos buscando un Agente de Service Desk Ssr
Funciones del cargo:
- Atención a usuarios de forma telefónica y remota, atención y tratamiento de tickets mediante herramienta del cliente.
- Entregar soporte y asistencia técnica a usuarios, asegurando una solución oportuna a sus requerimientos.
- Otorgará apoyo técnico, entregando y registrando toda la información necesaria para cumplir con los requerimientos internos de la compañía y sus clientes.
- Proporcionará al cliente asistencia técnica en la solución de sus incidentes, gestionando todas las acciones necesarias para concretar el cese del problema y obtener la satisfacción del cliente.
**Requisitos**:
- Secundario finalizado (excluyente). Se valoran estudios universitarios/terciarios relacionados a IT.
- 3/4 años de experiência en posiciones similares
- Inglés Intermedio (deseable)
Modalidad: 100% Home Ofiice
Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 14hs a 22hs
