**Your Day to Day**

- Perform daily Order-to-Cash (O2C) Accounts Receivable management services, including:

- Reconciliation of collections
- Monitoring customer accounts and collection postings
- Maintaining posting rules for bank charges, deductions, etc.
- Processing direct debits
- Preparing and maintaining payment runs
- Performing and analyzing AR ageing and collections reports
- Preparing reports
- Performing bank reconciliation and posting payments

- Act on issues identified in the process by providing workarounds and troubleshooting immediately (issue management).
- Ensure compliance with company controls, policies, and procedures. Prepare documentation as requested by Corporate and Independent Auditors or for tax-related concerns.
- Perform knowledge transfers, handbook documentation, and confirmation with affiliates regarding migration of services and onboarding of new affiliates.
- Participate as a key user to improve and/or replace existing systems and procedures. Act as a project member and perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

**Who we are looking for**

- A self-driven professional with university degree, preferably Economics with at least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable management

- A fluent English speaker.
- Basic understanding of SAP
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to navigate Power BI reports
- Nice to have: Portuguese language skills
