The **FP&A Analyst** will be responsible for financial modeling and forecasting, managing our annual and quarterly plans, reviewing and reporting on plan vs actual, and conducting other financial analyses to inform decision making. Additionally, will be closely involved with reporting to management and other key stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Consolidation of financial statements and preparation of periodic analysis.
- Manage sales dashboard and perform weekly sales analysis and reporting.
- Extensive modeling (scenario analysis, three statement forecasting, cash forecasting, etc.).
- Own process of updating budget.
- Run ad-hoc analysis including but not limited to COGS, Customer Profitability, Pricing, SG&A, and general business performance.
- Preparation of board materials.
- Partner with cross functional teams including supply chain, sales, and marketing to analyze performance and build relevant dashboards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis. Experience with corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting a plus.
- Expert knowledge of Excel and financial modeling.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to make clear, persuasive presentations to management, clients, or other stakeholders.
- Experience working with large sets of data and database management.
- Understanding of GAAP accounting.
**Location **:Fully Remote (work from home). Monday-Friday within the Eastern Standard Time (EST).
