The Opportunity
Marvell coherent DSP devices are critical enablers for efficient transmission over Fiber Optical networks.
At Marvell Coherent DSP solutions, we design leading-edge high-performance integrated circuits that are shipped into top major hyper-scale and telecom networks worldwide.
You will be part of a highly skilled team involved in the design, simulation, implementation, and validation of DSP ASICs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand optical communication systems requirements.
- Engineer best signal processing solution and translate them to digital architectures.
- Provide C++ high-level model and HDL (Verilog) source.
- Run functional verification and verify the integrity of the physical design.
- Write thorough documentation.
**Requirements**:
The DSP RTL Engineer will be part of a team that researches signal-processing algorithms and architectures, develops VLSI digital circuits, creates software for modeling and verification, and produces firmware that runs on embedded processors. As a team member, the engineer will collaborate to successfully deliver in-house DSP processors for next-generation coherent optical transceivers.
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree in electronics, computers, software, or telecommunications
- Proven experience in C, C++, Verilog, and Python programming.
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
