We are currently seeking a Youtube Influencer Manager. This is a full-time, remote role, reporting directly to the company founders. In this position, you will assist in finding relevant YOUTUBE influencers, reaching out, sending out product and tracking progress via affiliate commissions and YOUTUBE shopping. This will be across the Youtube platform driving the company’s rapid growth, facilitating community engagement, and amplifying the brand voice via commenting through our company page.

Monthly Salary: 35,000 - 55,000 PHP + 13th Month Pay (eligible after 12 months)

Key Responsibilities

Have experience with setting up and managing YOUTUBE affiliate program and monthly payments.

Experience in YOUTUBE influencer management. Finding, negotiating, and managing influencer relationships via fixed fee and affiliate relationships

Comment on other like-minded YOUTUBE accounts from our account, bringing awareness to our page. This will be done over Instagram, Facebook and Youtube

Partner with the advertising agency to share relevant links for use in ads.

Communication with influencers and creators within our YOUTUBE channel

Develop creative briefs and check-in on progress of assets for product launches and key content moments

Collect and organize user-generated content (UGC) for all marketing platforms ensuring proper permissions are granted, suggest improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to innovate our UGC process

Respond to customer/influencer engagement on our YOUTUBE page / hashtags and regularly engage with friendly (non-competitive) brands, influencers, and partners

Contribute to the weekly marketing report to analyze the effectiveness of our content

Intimately understand and become an expert in our customer, business model, and products

Qualifications

3-5+ years in YOUTUBE influencer management experience for a US-based ecommerce brand in travel bags and accessries

Proactive and willing to take initiative in a fast-paced environment; you work well cross-functionally and anticipate the needs of our community & team

Experience in YOUTUBE influencer management. Finding, negotiating, and managing influencer relationships via fixed fee and affiliate relationships

A strong passion and desire to grow in the social media and content space

Strong written communication skills with focus on working within platform restrictions

Strong oral communication skills and ability to collaborate and work well with others in a digital first environment

Extremely organized and detail-oriented — you love a calendar and organized spreadsheet

Experience using digital tools to communicate with teams including Slack, Asana, and Zoom is preferred

Canva, & CapCut knowledge is ideal
