El analista intermedio de Captura de Transacciones es un puesto de nível intermedio responsable de proporcionar soporte analítico y administrativo a diferentes funciones relacionadas con valores junto con el equipo de Captura de Transacciones. El objetivo general de este puesto es respaldar a negociantes, mantener registros de posiciones y mejorar la eficiencia de los procesos. **Responsabilidades**: - Proporcionar soporte analítico y administrativo al área de Atención al Público, Ventas y Negociación, en especial respecto de las transacciones de derivados y valores. - Mantener registros de posiciones junto con el asistente de la oficina de negociación tradicional o las funciones de procesamiento de negociaciones. - Respaldar la gestión de captura de negociación, conciliación integral, identificación de riesgo operativo, confirmación comercial y previsiones de liquidación. - Utilizar herramientas y metodologías de análisis de datos para hacer recomendaciones a la gerencia sénior a fin de respaldar mejoras en los procesos. - Diseñar y analizar informes complejos para respaldar o controlar actividades y hacer recomendaciones en función de tendencias y datos identificados. - Interpretar datos y recomendar el lanzamiento de nuevos productos o servicios o plataformas mejoradas que respalden los procesos previos a la liquidación y las funciones de captura de transacciones. - Minimizar el riesgo bancario y sugerir soluciones para reducir errores, y garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas de control y auditoría. - Gestionar, escalar y abordar todas las solicitudes, consultas, problemas o errores, e identificar deficiencias en las políticas y formular políticas para optimizar procesos. - Proporcionar orientación informal o capacitación en el trabajo a nuevos miembros del equipo. - Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares **Calificaciones**: - Entre 2 y 5 años de experiência en un puesto relacionado - Preferentemente, título de grado relevante o experiência equivalente en la industria - Habilidades comprobadas para la gestión de proyectos - Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y administrar plazos - Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente apresurado. - Demuestra una comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa de manera constante. - Atención a los detalles y habilidades para resolver problemas intermedios **Educación**: - Preferentemente, título universitario/de licenciatura o experiência equivalente - **Job Family Group**: Operations - Transaction Services - **Job Family**: Transaction Capture Services - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
