Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Support Specialist for the Buenos Aires (ARG) office. The incumbent will work closely with the LA Hydrocarbons Commercial & Asset Organization, providing work process and market intelligence insights. Individual will be deeply involved in Olefins, Feedstocks, Utilities and Energy dynamics.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead interaction with other functions in purchasing, paying and cost estimate activities to ensure continuity of the operation.- Conduct pricing coordination activities.- Create, update, and maintain market reporting in Power BI dashboards and other tracking tools to develop market and costs forecast.- Provide best in class market intelligence and business insights for contracts & spot deals negotiations, by performing research and providing information expertise.- Prepare internal & external (regulatory requirements) compliance business reports based on a high level of expertise, to ensure continuity of operation.- Manage natural gas commercial daily activities.- Lead commercial work processes improvements to support the business strategy.- Active participation in energy global projects and LA focal point for data management

**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably with an engineering or business degree.- A minimum of 1-3 year of relevant experience.- Excellent written and oral English skills.- Knowledge of or experience in the chemicals/materials industries including understanding of data analytics will be an added advantage.- Strong service orientation and focus.- Great documentation discipline.- Knowledge of Dow internal organization, businesses, functions, and processes.- Ability to work across functions and geographies to support analysis and optimize leverage opportunities.- Share ownership of successful improvement methods and teach others for the benefit of the organization.- Expert searching skills and understanding of databases.- Experience in creating/maintaining complex analytical models and reporting.- Ability to communicate effectively within the organization and interact well at all levels within company. Confidently communicate technical and functional ideas.- Demonstrates qualitative and quantitative skill sets.- Display interpersonal skills and desire to work within a team environment.

Preferred Skills- Experience with SAP/ECC and Diamond Systems Reporting.- Advanced Excel & Power BI.- Smart Price Tool
