**Compensation**: $2,300.00-$2,600.00 monthly (US Dollars) DOE

**Language Proficiency Requirements**:
**Contract Phase**: The initial phase of employment will be as a contractor, providing services remotely. Upon establishment of our Buenos Aires office, the contractor will be offered a full-time position to continue contributions onsite.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize AI writing tools for creating initial drafts and enhancing content.
- Employ AI tools to analyze trends and gather audience insights on a variety of content types.
- Use AI for the creation and editing of visual and multimedia content.
- Work with different teams within organization to enhance content production and incorporate AI automation.
- Develop and manage an extensive content library within SharePoint, integrating it into organization’s platforms.
- Collaborate with teams to analyze content performance using AI, aiming to continuously improve quality.
- Use AI tools to perform sentiment analysis and interpret audience feedback.
- Keep abreast of new content creation technologies and AI tools that can further enhance content quality and production efficiency.

- Exceptional skills in consulting, influencing, and maintaining professionalism across various stakeholder interactions.
- Ability to operate within complex sociotechnical systems, identifying patterns and solving problems.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Possession of certifications such as HubSpot Content Marketing, SEO by Moz Academy, or AI and Machine Learning by Coursera.
- Strong alignment with organization’s mission-centric values including continuous learning, clear communication, and proactive ownership.
