- We are looking for an experienced and fluent in English **Team Le**ad **React/ React Native** who will be leading a team of developers and working on exciting product enhancements and features as well resolve complex issues to ensure our customers get the best experience possible
- Rosario, Santa Fe (preferred) / 100% remote capable
- What you will be doing:_
- Participate with the architecture team in technical evaluations, solutions, and design approaches discussions.
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries.
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Perform code reviews and mentor other team members on the proper approaches to Web /Services development.
- Play a pivotal role in the mentorship, guidance, and performance of the Engineers who report directly to you.
- What you should have:_
- +5 years’ experience in software development.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in React/ React Native.
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
- Experience with Redux or other state management frameworks.
- Experience with CSS pre-processors such as Less/Sass/Scss, Flexbox and Grid.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS5, SASS, ES6, ES2017, JavaScript, Typescript.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of web technologies and UI/UX standards.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, Jasmine, Mocha, etc.
- Experience leading a software development team.
