**Chief Financial Officer - CFO**

**Funciones**:

- Gestionar todos los aspectos de las operaciones financieras, contables, legales y de cumplimiento en cada país.
- Definir la estrategia comercial y el modelo de negocio para lograr mejores resultados.
- Contribuir en el establecimiento de las metas de cada área de la empresa, con base en P&L.
- Definir la mejor estructura societaria a nível mundial y en cada país en el que se opera.
- Desarrollar todos los estados financieros, P&L, Cash Balance, etc. para establecer metas, medir resultados, identificar oportunidades.
- Alcanzar objetivos anuales con plena responsabilidad de P&L.
- Identificar los productos y servicios que agregan más valor a la empresa y a nuestros clientes.
- Lograr eficiencia en costos y modelo de negocio.
- Colaborar en la construcción de la empresa desde cero y su crecimiento.
- Crear el mejor equipo financiero a nível mundial.
- Sintetizar informes mensuales, trimestrales y anuales sobre progreso y desarrollo;
- Definir la estrategia de opciones sobre acciones, valoraciones y herramientas financieras globales
- Crear los informes para presentar a los capitalistas de riesgo e inversores con estándares globales
- Controlar el proceso de fijación de precios y participar en las negociaciones con socios y clientes;
- Supervisar, analizar y evaluar las tendencias del mercado, el comportamiento del consumidor y la actividad de la competencia identificar oportunidades y amenazas de mercado;
- Generar una fuerte conexión con las Asociaciones Fintech locales y Tech Hubs;
- Contribuir al desarrollo de la infraestructura financiera y de pago líder en todo el mundo.
- Contribuir a la creación de un equipo de clase mundial, con el más alto desempeño y estándares del mercado.
- Co-Crear la cultura de la organización.

**Requisitos**:

- Maestría, MBA u otros campos relevantes
- 7 años o más de experiência en gestión de equipos financieros en una empresa internacional
- Se prefiere experiência en la industria de pagos y fintech
- Habilidad para prosperar en situaciones de alta presión
- Excelentes habilidades de negociación y comunicación
- Pensador analítico con habilidades superiores para resolver problemas
- Sólido historial de desarrollo estratégico basado en datos
- Decisivo y comprometido
