Abogado/a para el Área Contractual Paramount busca "Abogado/a para el Área Contractualpara incorporarse al equipo de Legales.
- Sus principales responsabilidades serán:_
- Confeccionar, analizar y dar seguimiento a contratos relacionados con el desarrollo, producción y distribución de proyectos audiovisuales de entretenimiento, tanto en español como en inglés.
- Negociar términos y condiciones con contrapartes externas, como escritores, directores, actores, productores y proveedores, entre otros.
- Proporcionar asesoramiento y apoyo legal a los distintos equipos internos.
- Mantener actualizados los modelos de contratación, términos y condiciones estándares de Paramount.
