Abogado/a para el Área Contractual
Paramount busca "Abogado/a para el Área Contractual” para incorporarse al equipo de Legales.
- Sus principales responsabilidades serán:_
- Confeccionar, analizar y dar seguimiento a contratos relacionados con el desarrollo, producción y distribución de proyectos audiovisuales de entretenimiento, tanto en español como en inglés.
- Negociar términos y condiciones con contrapartes externas, como escritores, directores, actores, productores y proveedores, entre otros.
- Proporcionar asesoramiento y apoyo legal a los distintos equipos internos.
- Mantener actualizados los modelos de contratación, términos y condiciones estándares de Paramount.

_ Telefe is a Buenos Aires-based broadcast network that reaches 95% of households in Argentina. Its studios produce more than 3, 000 hours of Spanish-language video content annually, which is distributed across eight regional channels. It produces seven of the top 10 programs that air locally. Telefe also manages a library of over 33, 000 hours of content. Its pay TV channel, Telefe Internacional, is distributed globally to 10 million subscribers in 17 countries. It also distributes content on the multiplayer network UPlay and through digital apps Mi Telefe and Telefe Noticias.
