We are looking for a Senior Community Manager with extensive experience in managing
digital communities, social media, and knowledge of generative AI (ChatGPT, Copilot,
addition to generating engagement and using AI to optimize content creation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement communication and content strategies for social media
platforms.
- Use generative AI tools to create and automate high-quality content.
- Create and manage editorial calendars aligned with brand goals.
- Foster community interaction and growth, responding promptly to followers.
- Lead and collaborate with marketing and design teams to align community actions with
overall campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategies.
- Manage communication crises on social media and protect brand reputation.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and generative AI
technologies.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in social media management and online communities.
- Knowledge of generative AI (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) for automated content creation.
- Ability to develop content strategies that drive engagement and organic growth.
- Experience using social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to adapt the brand's tone to
each platform.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously while maintaining high
quality.
- Leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and results
delivery.
- Creativity and innovation in content creation and campaigns.
