**Project manager**

Home Office / Full time / Only English CVs / EST working hours

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Software development (Web&Mobile projects);
- Business-oriented person with a mindset suited to product management;
- Practical knowledge in Scrum, Kanban, and eXtreme Programming (XP);
- Strong background in developing project workflows;
- Experience in project estimation and task prioritization under tight deadlines;
- Proficiency in Web and Mobile technologies;
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, JIRA, etc.;
- Advanced English proficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate new projects and implement efficient project management processes;
- Identify project needs by interviewing project stakeholders;
- Create project and task requirements;
- Defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Managing/ prioritizing the project backlog;
- Market research and competitive analysis;
- Project team management (Design, Development, QA);
- Contribute to improving PM processes for ongoing projects;
- Balance project scope and timeline to deliver optimal solutions;
- Resolve issues and conflicts effectively;
- Be available to communicate with customers in PST/EST time zones;
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective people management;
- Meet and exceed client expectations;
- Onboard and train new team members.
