**IT&D Coordinator SWL**:
**Sobre el rol**:
Realizar tareas administrativas y técnicas para garantizar la funcionalidad y eficiencia de la operación del negocio en SWL y asegurar la correcta operación del área de sistemas haciendo seguimiento y apoyando los proyectos en curso, verificando el correcto funcionamiento de los servicios y recopilando nuevas necesidades y oportunidades.

**Tus responsabilidades**:

- Manejo de proyectos: Controlar la correcta ejecución de proyectos de sistemas, controlando el cronograma, recursos, comunicaciones y entregables.
- Manejo de servicios: Monitoreo de servicios de sistemas tales como Internet, telefonía celular, telefonía fija entre otros, para garantizar que funcionen adecuadamente, en caso de requerir algún ajuste deberá interactuar con el proveedor.
- Actuar como enlace entre los usuarios finales y el soporte de nível superior; además, asesorar al negocio sobre las opciones informáticas más adecuadas.
- Establecer protocolos para el uso de los sistemas y plataformas de TI en todos los departamentos y proyectos de la empresa.
- Programar y ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento de los sistemas y plataformas de TI.
- Apoyar en la administración de los sistemas tecnológicos para satisfacer las necesidades de la compañía.
- Coordinar con los diferentes grupos de TI de la región para crear o implementar soluciones tecnológicas.

**La experiência que buscamos**:

- Profesión: graduado de Ingeniería de Sistemas, Industrial, Electrónico/Eléctrico, o afines.
- Experiência: + 5 años en roles similares.
- Inglés: avanzado (excluyente).
- Conocimientos específicos: Project Management - Amplios conocimientos de sistemas y aplicaciones de TI - Comprensión de los protocolos TCP/IP y la configuración LAN/WAN - Conocimiento en ServiceNow (deseable) - Conocimiento de sistemas GxP y CSV (deseable) - CloudX con MS Azure (Deseable Certificación) - MS PowerBI (deseable) - MS PowerApps (deseable)
- Conocimiento de Supply Services (deseable)
