- The Regional Demand to Cash Delivery Head will be responsible for all operational aspects of the Demand to Cash function out of the GBS Center. This includes: Raw Material management (third parties and inter affiliates), supply planning, road hub, customer care support office and credit management and account receivable.- You will lead all process teams and report directly to the Head of Delivery Center. You will work very close to the divisional regional stakeholders.**Your main responsibilities will be**:
**1- Solution performance and improvement management - we care about our processes**
- Monitor Demand to Cash delivery performance against operational targets and resolve gaps
- Identify process improvement opportunities in collaboration with Delivery Center Head and act as a CI specialist to embed the CI mindset in GBS (to support value case realization)
- Resolve operational issues through root cause analysis and mitigation actions
- Monitor compliance of service delivery with process documentation
- Preparation on Cascading and Implementation of Road maps

**2- People management - we care about our people**
- Lead the Demand to Cash Delivery teams in the GBS Center
- Perform goal setting and performance review for the heads of the departments
- Plan and support hiring and replacement decisions and retention measures
- Plan and coordinate people development activities and set training plans
- Manage Delivery Center projects and engagement with Local LT
- Review the optimum operational structure of the team to meet organizational needs

**3- Governance, stakeholder and controls - we care about our partners**
- Be an escalation point in case of process/ system issues and questions
- Support the Global Solution Owners in preparing and accomplishing tactical governance agreement on markets and sites
- Secure industrial control systems conformity, incl. segregation of tasks catalog management and related mitigation controls
- Ensure compliance with SOD and Internal Guidelines

**4- Budget management - we care about our finances**
- Monitor and control functional budget and ensure delivering agreed budget and targets
