**CIB Markets Operations**provide operational support to Markets businesses across the CIB. Key product areas include Currencies, OTC Derivatives, Margining and Collateral, Global Clearing, and Trading Cost Management with a global team of ~4000 colleagues. Services provided to our Businesses include:
Margin & Collateral Operations includes: Margin call management; Trade Portfolio Reconciliation; Client Valuations; Settlements among other activities for a very large range of clients located in North America and LATAM regions. Functions are all client facing, demanding best-in-class customer support and service.

**Location Description**

The primary responsibility of the position is to provide comprehensive support the day to day Operations and service to our clients, within the Corporate Investment Bank.

**Role description**
- Full operational support to derivatives & other financial instruments which are traded globally.
- Exposure to high daily volumes and large amounts.
- Ensure timelines and service delivery standards are continually achieved.
- Risk mitigation and escalation of issues in a timely manner.
- Comply with policies, procedures and controls at all times for the safety of company and clients.
