We are a full-service CPA firm assisting a wide range of clients including high net worth individuals, established businesses, real estate investors, international high tech startups, and foreign nationals with US tax reporting obligations. Established in 2003.

Our firm focuses on tax planning and consulting as driving elements of client services. Some of the common issues have been planning for the repatriation of earnings, related party transactions in domestic and international contexts, tax optimization for closely-held businesses, research and development (R&D) credit, IC-DISCs, deferred tax exchanges for various investments, multi-state taxation, Nexus, and many other constantly evolving areas.

Those who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and do the detailed work with the rest of the team while making sure that everything is properly completed are encouraged to apply.

Primary responsibilities:
Prepare tax returns for all entity types and individuals
Communicate with clients
Research tax issues
Contribute to newsletters

Qualifications:
Excellent analytical skills
Good communication skills
Very solid knowledge of US taxation principles, international issues preferred
