Join us today What you’ll do: - You’ll be a part of our Global Compliance team with focus in High-Risk Deal Desk. - Conduct comprehensive reviews of deals before placement and supporting evidence to ensure compliance with established requirements. - Ensure timely and accurate completion of reviews. - Collaborate with sales departments to gather necessary data for reviews, resolve inquiries, and explain decisions. - Contribute to process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the function. - Report to the Head of the function, providing updates on challenges and work-in-progress. - Perform internal audits on selected deals, addressing identified inconsistencies and implementing corrective measures as needed. - Manage documentation, ensuring timely completion and secure storage of all deal-related paperwork and approvals. - Deliver necessary training to sales teams, keeping them informed of the function’s processes and updates. - Support the Ethics & Compliance team in training implementation, conflict of interest review, external audits answering. - Ensure the timely completion of all mandatory training. - Participate in team sessions and contribute to team initiatives as needed. About you: - Some previous experience in audit, risk, forensic analysis, or due diligence roles is ideal but not essential; a strong desire to learn in this area is key. - A degree in economics, finance, law, risk management, or a related field. - Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and compile detailed reports. - High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. - Sound independent judgment. - Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of the value drivers of the business. - Strong data analytic skills and experience. - English language proficiency is required (C1, C2) - Knowledge of Microsoft products and licensing policies is considered an advantage. - Proven knowledge of auditing standards, best practices, etc. is considered an advantage. - We kindly request you to upload your CV in English_
